By accessing or using PictureMax.app, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use this service in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful, abusive, rights-violating, deceptive, or non-consensual content. You must hold all rights and permissions for any media you upload and any outputs you publish.

We may remove content, limit features, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety rules.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing and plan details are listed on the pricing page. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the selected plan fees, taxes, and applicable transaction costs.

You can cancel renewal at any time from your account settings. Unless required by law, cancellation stops future billing and does not retroactively reverse charges already applied for the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy (14 Days)

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days from the original purchase date by contacting [email protected] with your account email and transaction ID.

Refunds are generally available for first-time purchases where service use is minimal. We may deny full refunds where a substantial portion of credits or paid features has already been consumed, where abuse or fraud is detected, or where the request falls outside the 14-day period.

If local consumer law provides additional mandatory rights, those rights apply and will prevail over conflicting terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The service, software, trademarks, and site content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

7. Service Availability

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. While we aim for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create safety risks, or where required by law.
